Enclave At Delray Beach

The staff here is unmatched. I’ve rented from several places but always felt like a number on a spreadsheet. My wife and I have just moved out, upsizing to a house, but renting at The Enclave, we had the personal touch of seeing Jeff and Andre whenever something needed attention. They always came out to make sure things were going well with our A/C when the summer was just too intense, or when we had a roof leak; they didn’t string us along.. they showed up when they said, and didn’t rush to get out the door. On top of being knowledgeable and fixing what wasn’t working, they are friendly. That was the most important part for myself and my wife. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been nothing short of excellent. They always come from a place of yes—no matter the issue, big or small, they approach it with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help. Jeff has been a wonderful addition to the team with Andre, Antonio and Willy. These gentleman work so hard for us including some community members that can be extremely demanding. What truly sets this team apart is their responsiveness. Most requests are addressed the same day, and if something can’t be done right away, they always take the time to communicate clearly and keep me in the loop. These reviews on here must be paid for because if you check their yelp, there's nothing good said at all. Additionally, they continue to delete their Yelp account because of their terrible ratings they receive. They respond to your review on Google to try and come across like they're willing to help, but that's just to have people thinking they're willing to work with you. In reality, when you talk to them, they tell you that you have no option but to pay for whatever they fine you with... This place just kept on getting worse throughout our two years spent at this complex. Initially the office was really nice and we loved everyone that worked in it. As an almost 7 year resident of The Enclave, I cannot be happier. The community gives you so much more than any other rental complex that I have lived in. Love the fact that these units are equipped with driveways and garages. No other rental community in the area, offers such great amenities. The staff is wonderful. Love it here!!!
