Enclave at Alafaya Apartments

I would like to thank Ms.Lizette and Ms.Gwen for how kind and helpful they were to me. This was my first time going through the process and I must say I was very overwhelmed. Ms. Lisette and Ms.Gwen helped me tremendously. I can’t thank them enough as the transition for Me in my living situation was a first so everything was all confusing and complex for me. If it wasn’t for the two of them I don’t know if I could’ve gone through with the move.They guided me each and every step of the way.I LOVE ENCLAVE AT ALAFAYA. 🏡🏘🌻🌺🌈🥰🙏 Thank You Again Ms. Lisette n Ms. Gwen 💟✝️

Gwendolyn was absolutely amazing during our move-in process! She was always there when we needed help, quick to respond to any questions, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist made the whole experience so much smoother. We really appreciated her support.

Gwen T. Has definitely went above and beyond to keep in communication and get my move completed. She was very thorough and courteous throughout the entire process anything she was able to do she Did. The property is very clean and seems like a great place to call home!

Gwendolyn and the crew are exceptional and go above and beyond. From the application process, to the move in process, and even when I have a maintenance issue, I know I'm in great hands with Gwendolyn and the team at Enclave at Alafaya. They are prompt to answer emails, answer calls, and return voicemails, and I couldn't be happier.

Going on my third year here and its just been horrible. Everything takes months for them to do it from fixing anything in the apartment to accommodations. They never answer the phone at all … Called concord management office and they just write everything in notes and tell me to wait 24-48hrs for anyone to give a call back which never happens weeks pass by i call no answer… ive been waiting months for a parking accommodation to my special needs son. its super tiring trying to get a hold of them or get them to do anything. i always pay my rent on time and been following all of the community rules. They want you to follow their rules and lease but they dont try their part.
