Enclave at 1400 South Apartments

The worst apartments I have ever lived in sadly I share this here so that no one else makes the mistake I made when I moved here! I had just moved in on Saturday September 20th when I noticed something was wrong since my application was a month and a half old and they never wanted to show us the apartment until the day I moved in which was also a protocol and the saddest thing, to inform me that it was still dirty yes gentlemen DIRTY THEY DIDN’T DELIVER IT TO ME CLEAN and on Sunday my daughters woke up with itching on their bodies which seemed strange to me and I went to check to find the surprise that there were bedbugs (pests) which the same maintenance man and another neighbor told me that they had come a lot to eliminate them since the previous tenant left them! When I first moved in, my experience was genuinely positive because of the people who worked in the office. Andrew, Skylar, and Cassie were truly amazing. They were the main reason I decided to move forward with living here. They were welcoming, kind, and always happy to help. They gave me so much guidance, especially with paperwork and processes I wasn’t familiar with, and it made moving in feel exciting and reassuring. Over time, Skylar left, and since then, Cassie has been the main reason it has still felt tolerable and manageable to go into the office with questions or concerns. She consistently helps me, follows through, and makes me feel heard as a resident. Without her presence and care, I honestly don’t know how residents would feel supported. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Looking for a new place can be stressful and start to feel like a chore, but the staff here made it such a pleasant experience. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel like I was getting the red-carpet treatment. The apartments are in a great location—just minutes from the freeway—and the community is very clean and well maintained. I would have rented on the spot if I had qualified for their income requirements. I would 100% recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home!

Been living here for a while and I gotta say the new maintenance guys deserve a raise . They actually did their job and fixed my issues with my stove same day. Extremely grateful!

I lived here for two years, and honestly, I don’t know how I lasted that long. The buildings are dirty, there’s a constant bad smell, trash in the hallways, and pigeon and dog feces everywhere. They never clean. On the first floor you can see cockroaches and mice, and the trash containers are always overflowing with filth and garbage all around. I spent two years on a waiting list for a storage unit and a covered parking space, and it never happened. They claim to have a gym, but two of the machines are always broken. The pool is always closed during summer. If something breaks in your apartment, they never come to fix it—but at the end, they still take your entire deposit for repairs that were reported but never addressed. There are always excuses, and they just pass the responsibility
