Encino Park Apartments

The office folks are awesome. Easy to interact with and always professional. The maintenance team gets a shout out as well. Maintenance requests are always fixed in a timely matter; actually, quicker than anticipated. This is a great place to live. Corporate has invested millions in wonderful upgrades. The grounds are well kept. I am so glad the choice to live here has exceeded my expectations.

The move in process was great! The manager Dede was so helpful. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

I’ve lived here for 3 weeks and so far the apartment has been great. I toured last year with I believe Deborah and she sold us on the place. The complex is beautiful, and the renovation is amazing. The environment is pretty calm, and I enjoy having my own porch. Both Deborah and Candace were amazing in the move in process.

Unit was so clean when we moved in! Everything looks like it’s been updated and the moving process was extremely easy!

Love. living in the Encino Park apartment. Candace and Dee Dee In the office are amazing! So friendly and so genuinely willing to help! Rent and maintenance is amazing as well. Very skilled at his job and I rarely have to wait for any maintenance request to be done.
