We couldn't be happier with the work done by David and his crew on our shop with living quarters attached. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. They stayed on budget and even managed to complete the project ahead of schedule, which was a huge bonus. The quality of work is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. David and, at the time we purchased, John were absolutely awesome to work with! Highly professional and knowledgeable, David walked us through every step of the way - helping us pick the right colors, tiles, flooring, appliances, etc. for our new home which was completed well within the estimated timeframe. Also, many people we talked with in the Oak Harbor area who knew of Encinas Construction spoke very highly of them which added to our confidence in selecting them as our builder. We began plans to build a home with Encinas construction right before Covid happened. When it hit they adapted to all of the roadblocks that we encountered, which were many! They were always available to us and allowed us to make changes to plans along the way. We are so lucky to count them as friends and to this day I still message David if I need something. We would highly reccomend the company! We love our home!
