Encantada Twin Peaks

This has been the best move in I have ever had the staff is awesome and wonderful they made it so easy this place is worth renting the apartments are gorgeous and the amenities go far beyond a lot of these apartments around here. The maintenance is wonderful they are there when you need them thank you Encantada you are the best. To me this is the best place to live!!

Encantada and their leasing agent Katie Peraza deserves 5 stars for her excellent customer service, knowledge about her property and its community standards, as well as addressing and issue that may arise quickly and correctly. Ask for Katie if you are interested in scheduling a tour of the luxury apartment homes. She will showcase their beautiful units organically and truly highlight all that this HSL property has to offer .in addition, she will work diligently helping solve any request, concerns, you may have in addition to offering problem solving solutions. To your personalized unforeseen situations you may have. Accolades to you Ms. Katie Periza. You are a true asset your luxury community.

I was stationed in Tucson and lived in Encantada Twin Peaks for a little over a year. The overall complex is nice but the apartments are nothing extraordinary or extravagant. The pool was consistently closed for frequent repairs and the parking lot was redone several times the year I lived there… the apartment complex was brand new, you’d think they would’ve had the parking lot prepared for tenants before we actually moved in. My most frustrating experience with the complex was when I had already moved away and was trying to dispute an issue with my security deposit. I emailed the complex several times and got a hold of the community director and explained the issue. I never heard back. I asked my lawyer to reach out to them in hopes they would reply and I STILL never heard back. Overall

Excellent move-in experience. The staff was so professional and accommodating. Especially Danny. She was very friendly and helpful. Staff keeps everything spotless and walking into the community room every day is great, always greeted with smiles. And amenities are amazing. So glad we moved in!

I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for some of the office staff to simply acknowledge when they don’t know how to manage properly; instead, they tend to shift the blame onto their residents. Even at non-“luxury” apartments I’ve lived in, the management took responsibility for their mistakes and made an effort to make things right. It’s disappointing that this place can’t do the same. As for the apartments themselves, they’re nice, with good amenities and a generally quiet, calm environment. I’d just recommend that management reconsider some of their current Twin Peaks staff, because it’s underwhelming to pay so much and receive such poor management service.
