Encantada Tucson National

I was here for a full year from 2024-2025. I had an excellent experience, with not many troubles while there. Staff is friendly and they are present, which is very nice to have as a tenant. My only complaint was the pool / community areas were a bit loud for me where my apartment was located, right next to the pool, but it was only because I worked strange hours and the times didn't work out well when people are utilizing the space. I liked it so much I wanted to stay, but I have since moved to the Encantada of Rita Ranch. :) I would recommend

I loved living at Encantada Tucson National for the last two years. It’s very quiet and safe. If I needed anything fixed, it would get taken care of very quickly. Staff is very friendly. Would recommend!!

Maintenance tech Yarrol handled our after-hours call with total professionalism and got everything taken care of quickly, really appreciate his work. I also want to recognize the leasing agents Antonio and Fernando for their continued support throughout the move-in process and even after.

When I reported that the power went out in the gyess bedroom, within 10 mins and maintenance worker was there to fix the problem. AWESOME! TWO👍🏻👍🏻UP

I just moved into my apartment and had an issue with the washer. The maintenance team responded incredibly fast—within hours, and even minutes at times! Once they determined I needed a replacement, I had a brand new washer installed within 10 hours. I’m so impressed with how prompt and efficient they were. Great start to living here!
