Encantada Queen Creek

I love this community. I rented my apartment from out of state and was not let down. From the beginning the leasing team and assistant manager have been nothing but courteous and extremely helpful. I have lived at other Encantada’s previously and as always the grounds are beautiful, the staff is kind and I am very comfortable. Thank you Team Queen Creek

These Apartments are beautiful and in a beautiful location. Some may complain of the traffic here but if you are capable too you can walk any where needed easily. Very quiet neighborhood feels safe. Only reasons I’m giving 3/5 stars is first the maintenance. I have called maybe 5 times for the same issue(sockets not working) and the same guy comes and does nothing it seems. It’s too the point half my sockets don’t work and I don’t even call anymore because there’s no point I just get angry him coming and doing nothing. What they do do well is making sure these pools are clean, I do appreciate that. Then also the parking. They have signed saying it’s assigned and you can be towed but the office is the only one who can call the tow truck company. They are quick to do it for the workers when

I lived at Encantada Queen Creek for almost 12 years. The first 9 years were fine but then they moved a family of 6 with a big dog in a 2bd apartment above me. The noise at all hours made it impossible to sleep or work. Dog barking, kids running and jumping, riding scooters and bouncing basketballs at 2am. This went on for months and months. Management would do nothing and wouldn't let me out of my lease.

Feral, screaming, unsupervised children everywhere. Management cares not at all and they are useless. It’s gone way downhill in the last year. It’s a breach of the implicit contract of right to quiet enjoyment. Stay away. Stay far away. Zero of ten. This place has the audacity to say they are luxury but you will be overcharged for living in utter chaos.

I’ve lived at Encantada Queen Creek since I was 18 years old. When I first moved out, I was nervous about living on my own, but this community has always made me feel safe and at home. Now at 25, I’m still here because the location is perfect and the staff is outstanding. Whenever I have an issue, the maintenance team always responds the same day or by the next day. The staff is consistently polite and helpful, and I really appreciate the extra touches like the Starbucks station where I can get freshly ground coffee in the mornings. I also want to recognize Leticia and Heath in the front office—they’re always so friendly and greet me whenever I stop by. The customer service here truly makes a difference.
