Encantada Continental Reserve

Couldn’t be happier with ECR. Other than the obvious facts of a fantastic staff, reasonably priced and clean up to date apartments. The amenities are fantastic. 24 hour gym, on property movie theatre, kids playground, dog park all behind gates. The location is just perfect, walking distance to restaurants and a very short drive to anything else needed.

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex. I would still be living here had I not taken a job out of state. From the minute I toured the unit to saying goodbye to staff, I was always greeted with genuine kindness, honesty, and a friendly smile. The maintenance crew is amazing, and I really never had to put a request in the entire time I was there. Mike went above and beyond to help with moving in. Furthermore, he was always courteous when needing to come into my apartment for routine checks. Patrick in the office is amazing. He was personable, knowledgeable, and always willing to chat about life. Moved to Tucson about a year ago and this was my top choice! I loved that I got to live in this place. Now relocating back to the North East, this Encantada is the 2nd thing I will miss after the mountains about Tucson. I wish they fixed the hot tub soon tho. It was only working for the first 2 months when I arrived and has been broken since. Management is incredible, staff are friendly and never encountered any problems in any capacity with them.

Having resided at Encantada Continental Reserve for several months, I am now able to provide a comprehensive review. The apartments are spacious and exceptionally well-appointed, ranking among the best I have lived in. The staff is outstanding and highly responsive. The grounds are meticulously maintained. Although I have not used the pool, it is consistently clean and never overcrowded. The majority of tenants I have encountered in the complex have been friendly. The environment is quiet and very clean, which is a significant advantage. The only reason I cannot award Encantada Continental Reserve a full five stars is the gym’s lack of a Smith Machine, a proper Lat Pulldown machine, and free weights exceeding 60 lbs.

I would rate this apt higher because they are beautiful but the leasing office is TERRIBLE. I’ve lived here for 2+ yrs now and just transferred to a bigger unit. This transfer was the most stressful, disorganized, and exhausting move i’ve EVER had to deal with. The management and office employees have a lack of communication to the point where we were told 3 different price for move in and the incorrect day of final move out for the last unit by 3 different people in the leasing office. The following month after the transfer there was ANOTHER mess up, our account reflected an amount for rent that was around $300. It had reflected that way in our account for almost the whole month of November so we assumed that was what we were going to pay on the first the day rent was due because of the o
