The place I was renting from them ain't fit for a dog to live in! I was paying $750 for a one bedroom which is under average rent these days. But it was worth much less than this! It came with no mailbox, insufficient heat, no way to install washer/dryer, center blocks for the walls which retains heat in the summer and extreme cold in the winter! I hope no one rents 617 Lincoln st S Wilson NC 27893! Enc Pirate should be ashamed to even rent such a mouse trap rabbit hole!

She saw to it that our unit did not sit empty, and rented it to qualified, responsible tenants. Taylor handles needed repairs in an efficient and affordable manner, and gets me the documentation in a timely manner. She is prompt to return emails and phone calls, and is always professional and courteous, with going above-and-beyond being her norm. I can't say enough good things about this 5-Star Professional!

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! They do not care about what your concerns are and will respond at their own pace. I moved in and the bathroom was disgusting. Nothing like the pictures. They know how to manipulate ppl . They are condescending people especially Alexandria at the renting office. The shower knobs were moldy and kept falling off and the tub had mold as well. I suggest you read the reviews not just the fake good ones before you make a decision. Just a lot of neglect in the units . Save yourself some sanity and rent elsewhere .

Our experience with ENC has been amazing from the beginning to the end. Kiki has been an absolute gem! She's been sweet, kind, and has taken care of us. The rest of the team has been accommodating, especially given a tricky situation we were in. Highly recommend this place!
