We used him for property management for several years and he had consistent, terrible communication with tenants and terrible communication with me, the owner of the homes. He botched the sale of several houses and is now ignoring us when asked to return security deposits. He placed several problem tenants, and lost good tenants we had for years due to mismanagement. Beware at all costs - I know many other investors who have had similar experiences. We finally retained an attorney to pursue legal action to recuperate security deposits and damages. He left our business in shambles. beware.
