The Escrow Officer who worked with us and the staff there were very professional and friendly during our closing process. Unfortunately, giving it a 2 star rating because a big ball was dropped and my HOI policy check was not mailed within a 2 month timeframe window, and I almost lost my insurance policy all together. For a preferred title company for a large homebuilder, this is not acceptable.

If you can avoid closing with this company at the end of month, please do.They ran 2 hours + behind schedule and we were not notified prior to arriving nor once we arrived. Although the front desk clerk was nice, we were never told anything or offered anything to drink as she did for others. We had to listen to her tell other people that they were running 30-1hr behind and offering them snacks and beverages. We finally asked for some water and although it was given to us, we should have been asked as well. They were very misleading about the wait time as well as the process for taking customers in to sign their documents. Please know that they schedule multiple people at the same time and just because you arrive early or on time, you may not be taken back in order. I have closed on multipl

This is a title company that would rather not help realtors, and their clients, than actually provide a good service. Stay away at all costs!
