I haven't seen 😕 yet, I got the house, and the first time I was just very upset, with the HOA association, they're so unprofessional sending me letters and emails not to welcome me, but to stress me out about the trash and the grass, is to much, i paying them for what??? Just take care about the pool and ??? I have not time off to go to , I'm trying to have my own house ready to enjoy, but I'm not sure i make the right choice, to late for me, it is true HOM doesn't care about how much you want to do to have everything done for the house, they just want to you to pay them to do nothing,

Martha is an absolute gem! As the building manager, she went above and beyond to help me find the best apartment. From the start, she was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. We are roughly 9 months into our newly built home. Some of the warnings I would suggest for new home owners is having warranty repairs takes awhile and you are left to feel ghosted. We’ve had electrical issues, back yard light flickers a few minutes before turning on and our 1 year warranty is coming to an end. The biggest issues I would say is the gutters, the company used have installed a variety of different screws/nails and the nails used are all badly badly rusted. Like already falling apart, we’ve compared this to other houses and they all have this issue. On the side of our home one was so rusted it began making a gigantic hole and we were told this was a cosmetic issue however the company did come out, didn’t fix the hole, but replaced the nail with a screw.
