Now they saying they have no file on me, but, in have all of the paperwork with their name and signature on it!!! I would not recommend working with this lender based on my experience. I had to file a compliant with Veteran Affairs and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. My loan was originally presented as a 30-year fixed mortgage, but on the day of closing it was switched to an adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM). This occurred after multiple closing delays that caused my existing mortgage to become overdue, leaving me feeling pressured to proceed without adequate time to evaluate the change. After later reviewing my Closing Disclosure with a Veteran Affairs loan specialist, they identified several concerning fees, including underwriting and warehousing charges that are not permitted
