Booking a place in NYC wasn't as bad of a headache as I thought it would be. I needed a place in Midtown for three weeks for job training. I was thinking hotel at first, but someone who had just got back from training told me about these guys. It was so nice having a real apartment as oppose to a hotel room. For some reason hotels always seem too noisy and it’s horrible not having a kitchen. I would recommend one of these apartments for someone in a similar positing. I stayed at a building they had on 48th Street and it was really nice.

We weren’t sure what to do.  My wife and I were up from Tennessee, because she had a few job interviews spread out over three weeks.  The rates of the hotels in Manhattan were ridiculous.  We found a furnished studio with these guys and it worked out quite well.  We had a little hot water issue for a couple of days, but we’re pretty sure it was some sort of city forced shut down due to a gas leak, so I guess there wasn’t much the building owner could do anyhow. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and we had a good time.  I don’t think it would have been the same if we were stuck in a hotel.  Hopefully we will be back if everything works out with the interviews – fingers crossed!

I was uncertain about the Mulberry location, but we ended up loving it. My sister and I shared a furnished studio in the building. The street itself has a lot of tourist, so we would always walk to the West a little to SoHo, and it has a really cool vibe. I don’t know if we will be back to NYC anytime soon, but if we did come back we would definitely stay here again.

I had a great time in this apartment. The location was really cool. You could walk just about anywhere. I was only suppose to stay for one month, but my company needed me there for three extra weeks. I was excited they let me extend and stay in my same apartment, since it already felt like home.

I saw some of their ads on Craigslist, and it seemed like they had a lot of apartments for rent. I was able to send one of my co-workers to check out a few place, since I was from out of town. She told me which one was best, and I did all the paperwork through the phone and by email. They gave me a code to let me in the apartment, so I never actually saw their office. Everything was in order for my arrival and I am happy with this apartment and location.
