The moment I walked into this apartment complex, I instantly knew it was the one, and that was all because of her professionalism, warmth, and genuine kindness. She was inviting, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We started everything on a Friday, and within a week, everything was completely finalized. Talk about efficiency. Maisha truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was originally supposed to receive a third-floor unit, but thanks to her dedication, I ended up with a second-floor corner unit, which I absolutely love. Very clean, modern and spacious! I’ve lived here since the beginning of 2025 and minus a couple of micro-managing incidents that were rectified in a timely manner, these new apartments are nearly perfect from price point to location. Friendly staff, great maintenance team, quiet area, dog park and decent neighbors. My only major critique is every single one who’s visited, plus myself, think there should be a pool here. All in all, it’s happy and homely here. 4/5 ⭐️’s. Highly recommend.

I will be moving here very soon & just by talking to the property manager Terrica made me feel so good about wanting to live here. She is soooo sweet & professional! I felt so comfortable talking with her, that's why I know staying here is going to be a great experience for me all because of management.

I love this housing! Everything is always nice and clean. The management is super friendly and throw different community events every month that are so fun! Terrica is usually the host for these events and it’s always a great time🥰!

Beautiful property 😍 nice appliances great environment. I fell in love with the first sight. Maisha is amazing she does her best to help with everything and is very honest and kind 10/10 experience for me ☺️
