Emerge Oakcrest

I called this place home for a year because of work, when other places turned me down, Emerge Oakcrest gave me a chance. I loved staying here, the Management and Maintenance were very response when I had questions or concerns. If I'm ever in the area for work again, this place will be my first choice. Thank you Kimberli Jones and your staff of professionals.

I really don’t want to give this place a star. Better management is needed here . The lack of communication and short notices of things is really disturbing. The OVERCHARGING is RIDICULOUS! The paying for services that aren’t being received is insane . I’ve been here 4 months . I have cameras outside and inside my unit and not once have I received spraying for pest …but I pay for it monthly . I literally have to spray my own home . Been doing it since I’ve moved in. I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone moving here . As of today my rent has been changed 3 times within 2 DAYS now !!! My level of frustration is through the roof and trying to talk to these people is not working . No one is answering me so Contacting the property corporate office is my next source cause this is not ok .I hone

They only got a star because I can’t leave 0. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I’m frustrated and everyone needs to be aware before moving here. I’ve have a different bug issue every month. It was roaches first, spiders, moths and now gnats. When I moved in I had to put in multiple work orders and when I did they acted like I was a problem for how many issues I noticed when I just want to live in an apartment with working appliances and no bugs. They came in and said they fixed things that weren’t touched. My ceiling has a crack by the vent that is getting worse and they don't see as a problem. We have valet trash yet they leave my neighbors trash outside for weeks on end bringing tons of gnats into my home that I can’t get rid of because her trash is attracting them. There has been a

This was by fair the worst place that I have ever lived. I surrendered the apartment after only staying there for 7 months. This is a money trap, every month the rent went up. How does the rent go from $1500 to $1900 for a 2 bedroom. The staff was awful!! They started off great but shortly after moving in they became very dismissive. Maintenance would come in unannounced and even made fake work orders indicating that I set it up. The building was very dirty, valet trash did not come regularly so trash would be stacked up for days. They charge for trash removal but most of the time you had to dispose of your own trash. This is the worst place you could ever live. They have a mold problem in the units, mice and so much other problems. I tried to address the mold problem ever since, I moved in. I have two kids with asthma and getting sick breathing all this mold constantly. I tried to address the issue with the so called “manager” Shameka. She tried to brush everything off. I showed her pictures of the mold and mice, water damage in the apartment. She acted like it was nothing and arguing with me instead. She have a bad attitude and doesn’t know how to handle things. I’m trying to move out in May and she won’t cooperate with me. She refused to give me the corporate number. She is a bully and is very unprofessional and only care about money. She doesn’t care about the residents living here. If they aren’t
