Lived at theses apartments for almost eight years. I Loved my little nest egg until 4/3/25. SouthGate Realtor SVN started managing the apartments Mid 2024. Horrible management especially the morning of 4/3/25. Around 3 am it was a drive by shooting, the most frightening thing I've ever had to endure. Let me mention I was not on a lease at the time of the shooting, so month to month living. I wasn't aware it's still considered a lease in the state of Mississippi. Despite the UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES we vacated the residents the same day. We paid for movers, storage, even paid to have the apartment professionally cleaned.
