Emerald Victoria Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Emerald Victoria Apartments, and a big part of that is thanks to Blanca, the property manager. She’s always been straightforward, respectful, and easy to talk to. From day one, Blanca has treated me well and has handled everything I’ve needed quickly and professionally. I know there are some negative reviews, but honestly, I think that’s just because she holds people accountable and runs things the right way. In my experience, she’s been nothing but fair and helpful — and she genuinely cares about keeping the community in good shape. If you’re respectful and take care of your place, Blanca will definitely have your back. I really appreciate the way she manages this property and the relationship I’ve built with her while living here.

Our short stay of 1 year was great here. We only moved out as we found another place with lower rent. Absolutely no issues with the community. The property manager (Blanca) was professional in all aspects and she addressed all our concerns in a timely manner.

this is a horrible place to live Blanca the manager isn't as great as the reviews portray her to be. Maintenance is very slow! You can definitely find a better place to live for less money. The rent is super high and the amenities are all outdated from the 70's! the office says its open on Sundays when it isn't. The manager has lived on the premises 20+ years that should tell you all you need to know. SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME!

I lived at Emerald Victoria Apartments for 3 years and loved it! I moved from a different complex in Torrance after having cockroaches. This place was beautifully kept up. Absolutely no issues with cockroaches or any other bugs. The pool is awesome and it was great having the rec room to hang out. I just moved because of my job, however I would absolutely recommend this place. The location is fabulous. And compared to other apartments in the area the rent is reasonable. After reading the other reviews I'm not sure if we lived at the same place. The management was so easy to work with. They're a smaller management company which made it a much more personal experience. I've lived at many other places in the area and I miss it already.

Only putting a one star because my husband & I were originally scheduled a tour of the available apartments this past Friday. It was for 1:15pm, but once we got done with a tour at a nearby apartment complex, I called Emerald Victoria to see if we could bump the tour early. No answer, only voicemail so we went to the nearby mall to wait. Once it got to 1pm, we headed over to the apartment's main entrance with the keypad, pressed for the office. No answer once again. We waited a few minutes before a UPS opened the door and let ourselves into the complex and found the leasing office. My husband and I sat and waited for it to be 1:15pm, we saw the blinds to the office closed, the door locked and a sign that said open. So when I knocked on the door, there was no answer so we assumed they were
