Emerald Springs Apartments

Office staff is rude and don’t return phone calls maintenance don’t fix nothing just come and look and say we don’t have this or that. Bearly got lawn service this place is going down hill whole office need to be fired hire especially the maintenance crew they all horrible and worthless.

Well for starters the home were nice when I moved in only concern I had was the flat paint (Painting was not completed semigloss was never put on the walls) . I was the first person to move in my home and trying my best to move before this summer. You will get a new property manager ever other yr maybe 9 months tops maintenance also. Some of the guys was stealing they fired one good lead maintenance guy we had because he didn't want too walk in the homes in the height of covid-19. I have been asking for new carpet for 5yrs now all I get is maintenance taken pics and nothing gets done. My times has come too and END HERE AT EMERALD SPRINGS ITS BEEN REAL.

WORKERS WERE EXTREMELY DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL. I came to get information on their units but they’re not accepting applicants or they weren’t doing tours but their deliveries were awful! The whole receptionist panel needs to be fired. Wouldn’t offer me information on pricing or anything. I will be reporting the whole staff. Beautiful scenery though! Wish I could’ve got a tour.

Just FILTHY! GRASS HASNT BEEN CUT IN MONTHS! The grass is almost as tall as the homes! Looks just like a forest!!!! PITIFUL! And the mice is taking over the complex and they won’t even hesitate to do anything about it! The people in the office are terrible as well! Rude! && Inconsiderate! Plus it’s a million GHETTO KIDS loud and fighting everyday! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

I want to move in! but reading the reviews are making me change my mind.... over-grown grass, rude staff members, the staff not being considerate and doing their job, ( not fixiing what people need fixed in their homes), and RATS. lord oh mighty, i still might move in lol
