Emerald Run Apartments

Me and my husband moved in Sept 2019 and have had 0 issues. When we had a slab leak that caused our water bill to sky rocket they had a crew out same week to fix it. When we moved into the house off of Crystal Lake they offered it to us at a discounted rate due to a good rental history with them. And again when my husband passed away July of this year 2025 our lease was set to renew and they GRACIOUSLY let me and my kids move into a 2/1 at a very affordable rate that I knew I could afford for at least the first year. They have been nothing but the BEST landlords we have ever had. And I know if my husband were still alive he would disagree with every 1 star review as we have seen and experienced nothing but excellent service from them.

Dang, Amanda is savage with her replies to the one star reviews. And rightfully so, I personally have been living here for over a year and I like it. the two bedroom topaz apartment has been very pleasant. We can fit three people in here. - Nathan You might see a random Indonesian kid walking around, but don't worry he's chill -David

(((DONT DO IT ))) Horrible living experience NOT AUTISM FRIENDLY READ TILL END especially BAD when you move out You’ll regret it just stay AWAY from this place they do the same thing to everybody YOU will be no different And if you have sick kids or anybody going through medical it’s a risk not worth taking with the mold exposure we found in the bathroom going through the wall to the kids room around the living rooms back door as well which unfortunately was right next to my sofa Sketchy characters at night constantly around like walkers from the walking dead too Coming into your home with their own key The toilet needed a new pump I let them know Iwas told someone was gonna go into my home while I wasn’t there to fix it I asked that they wait until I am there I was told if they do that

Be very cautious renting here. Security deposits are not a slush fund for management — they are legally protected, and tenants have rights. Emerald Run Apartments is violating those rights and treating residents unfairly.

I moved into Emerald Run Apartments with my college roommate after we graduated from Southeastern University in 2017. We felt it was a nice apartment and super affordable, plus we knew some other students had been there and really liked it. Honestly, Emerald Run was an amazing apartment complex to be in! My roommate moved out and my husband ended up moving in and the process was made easy with Amanda at the front office. We always felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. Overall, the other tenants were either very friendly or just kept to themselves. Amanda, along with Lyle and one of the maintenance guys, Jesse, made living there amazing. We moved out in summer of 2021 due to relocating for a job. I can fully recommend moving into Emerald Run Apartments!
