The price is the only good thing about these houses. Maintenance and management is a joke. The only way they'll come fix what's wrong is either mark it as an emergency or threaten housing department! Move anywhere else but here is my opinion
I really love living here I've been here since they first were built nice quiet neighborhood for the most part it's clean and quiet I just can't get a complex to do anything the dryer is going out the furnace makes loud noises and there's air pouring in from both of my doors I just can't believe the lack of upkeep on these beautiful buildings
The houses are very spacious and I love them. Happy to be here.
