Emerald Place Apartments

The place won’t evict neighbors who smoke weed, cause disruptions, fight, and have an aggressive dog. Even with countless documents and complaints the property owner refuses to do anything because they are getting money from them staying. Even though in contract it states it is a smoke-free place, they are not holding up on it. Our other neighbors just left because they were tired of this bs. They tie you into a lease so you cannot leave so they grab more money, they are greedy and won’t listen to people or hold up on their bargain of the contract. I can’t sleep without the smell of weed in my room or being woken up at 3am due to things being thrown. They even hit our car! Did nothing about it and now the drivers door won’t open. Overall shady place, horrible neighbors and experience. Curr

This is a nice place. Especially for kids. Friendly staff. The town homes are great!
