Reasonable rent. Never had a problem with any appliances. Very quite here. Nice neighbors and staff. Put out bait traps got rid of the roaches. Haven't had any roaches again all gone. I like living here. Close to everything very convenient.

This worst place to rent from you have mold living in a ceiling water leaking everywhere. Don’t even get any help from the front office. They wouldn’t even give you HR‘s number or anything because they’re so scared but it’s ridiculous because people have health issue. All they do is come patch up stuff and act like it’s finished and it’s complete when it’s not. When people are paying money to live in these places. Maintenance sucks. They don’t even know half of the time what they’re doing lazy all you see them is riding around the golf cart on their phone sleeping on a job. Gotta do better when you got stuff living in the ceilings that’s a whole lawsuit coming.

Very bad place to rent, the place is very dirty and the maintenance is very bad in the office, they are offended when you ask for help, they blow up an armchair next to the garbage, where they sleep, vagavundos is already more than a month old, there is a tree that broke last week and the branches are still lying in the middle of the road, they allow pets and there is a lot of dirt.

Leasing with the promotional low monthly payments was perfect for my budget.

THEY WILL SCHEDULE YOU AND NO ONE WILL BE THERE THEN THEY IGNORE YOU Zero stars i was scheduled for a viewing here and told by Westland Real estate group by 3 different associates. Last 2 were Alejandro and Tawnya. Alejandro told me he would call somone who is supposed to be here and now everytime i call im sent through a loop of the options menu and waiting music then the call forwards again to options and wait. Horrible services. Left a message and no one has called since to even say hey i made a mistake or whats going on. I would not go to any apartments from Westland Realestate Group. Be careful they have sister complexes and you will be dealing with the same company and treatment.
