Emerald Island Resort

Well laid out resort, quiet and clean. The villa was a good size with its own pool and well equipped. All the area was tidy and the fronts of houses had nice gardens with lovely plants. The grass areas were well kept and it was nice seeing some wildlife.

Lovely area to stay during our Holiday. This is a gated community with plenty of amenities. To gain access to the resort town can pay a $10 deposit for an RFID tag which will open the barrier for you rather than going to the security guard each time you wish to enter. The Club house has a pool and a gym which can be used by the guests, and although we never used these facilities, they did look quite good. We stayed on Lido Key drive which, to be honest looks the same as every other street in the resort. But that's not a bad thing. The area is well maintained with lush grass and numerous trees. There is also an area where you can go for a nature walk. The other positive is the general location, this is very central and close to plenty of diners for something to eat and only 20min drive to t
