Overall these apts aren't bad , I believe they got new staff. Very calm and they got security not to mention very affordable honestly compared to other places u can't compare I mean. I never have no issues paying my rent or with getting things repaired. The ladies in front are also very friendly.
Check the water before you move in mine was black for over a month couldn't shower there was roaches when I moved in a hole in bath tub and i can't use 7 sockets threw out the apartment also bathroom fan doesn't work moved in first week of May only the water has been fixed still waiting keep you posted on when the rest gets fixed
