Emeline Heights, a Broadstone Community

Immediately I knew Emeline was the place for me. They have such a safe and updated space that other places just did not have for the area. If you are looking for a helpful staff that is competent and helpful, definitely consider this place. Like so many businesses, it’s often the staff that can make or break an experience. Ashleigh was first point of contact for us and she’s been great through out our entire moving experience. She is thoughtful and more than willing to assist in anyway she can. She alone has made us realize we made the right choice living here. Ashleigh has gone above and beyond for us multiple times. She’s simply the best! I moved in a month ago and this has been a great place to live! The whole application and move in process went smoothly and the staff is always very nice and helpful. Dom and Ashleigh were both a ton of help during our tour and pre-move in needs. It feels very safe, everything is very clean and I have enjoyed the amenities so far. The location is super convenient, but the only thing I would note is that it can get a little noisy at times if your apartment is facing the street. Nothing unbearable, just if you like more of a quiet area, maybe go for an indoor facing apartment :) Would definitely recommend!!

I recently moved in to this complex (about mid November) and I could not be happier about my decision. I knew I wanted to move into the heights area, just given how nice it is and the local restaurants/bars. So when I found Emeline heights - great apartment space, great rent, free parking, great amenities, and friendly staff - I knew that this was the clear choice for me! Dom was and continues to be incredibly helpful. He worked with me as I was in the process of moving down from NJ and continues to offer insight into how to best enjoy the Heights/ the city of Houston in General! Would 10/10 recommend this complex to anyone!

I love this community! My boyfriend & I knew we wanted to live in the heights area & Emeline was the first complex that our apartment locator sent us. We instantly fell in love!! Perfectly located by so many great food spots, bars & in a good area for commuting because it’s close to I-10 & 610 East/West. The staff is so fun & interactive with the residents, hosting fun apartment hangouts & even honoring a “dog of the month”. You can tell this staff is not only super professional but they enjoy what they do & they do it well.

I had a great experience touring this apartment complex. The property was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the amenities really stood out. Trey gave me the tour and was fantastic and patient with all my questions. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable! Definitely one of the best tours I’ve had!
