He communicated details about the renovation project in a timely manner and always replied to phone calls. Definitely recommended! Project was handed off to Superintendent Erik Michelli who really kept on top of all contractors to stick to schedule. Followed up on all concerns quickly and ensured all work was completed satisfactorily. Thanks for all your hard work! Have to also recognize Project Manager Rich Gatehouse who kept things running smoothly throughout the renovation and even called regularly to follow-up with how we were doing. Going that extra mile really made a difference and he was always very friendly too.

Very typical pit viper, greedy GC. Treat their subs terribly. Project Managers with no experience. Superintendents are spread too thin. If you are a sub get ready to be under the bus.
