Top notch management team!!! I have dealt directly with Emblem's management team for the last year, and the experience has been amazing. Cydney & Juana are great communicators and a delight to interact with. David & Matt take a lot of pride in their work, and the community reflects that. I absolutely LOVE the team at Emblem Gateway, especially the lovely girl who manages the whole place (I think her name is Cydney). She’s a jewel. A rare find. A national treasure, really. One day I walked into the office, and she was singing my favorite K-Pop song, "Golden" and I thought to myself, “Now there’s a girl who knows music.” The style, the grace... Unmatched. And kindness just leaks out of her like she’s powered by pure sunshine. Juana has also been a breath of fresh air. So helpful, so warm, and so wonderful. And David and Matt from maintenance? They're proof that competence hasn't fully gone instinct. I love it here, I love it here, I love it here!! I can’t say it enough!

I would like to appreciate Juana and Cydney for being incredibly helpful when my wife needed to print some important documents. They were friendly, patient and made the process quick and easy. It's small things like this that make living here so much easier. Thank you for taking such good care of your residents.

I absolutely enjoyed my time at Emblem Gateway. It is a great place to live and a very convenient location near the airport. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Specifically, Cydney, Juana, Dave and Matt. Anytime I had an issue, they were able to help me find a solution quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!

Emblem Gateway is an awesome property. Clean, modern, and really well kept. Cydney was amazing to work with. She was friendly, professional, and clearly cares about her residents and community. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do. Great experience all around.
