Embla Apartments is great! The gym is a bit small but there is everything you need. Also want to shout out the best leasing agent ever Jesus. He’s super friendly, helpful, and made everything really easy. Great experience overall!

As a resident of 3 years going on 4 this year this is an honest review of my time spent here. The laundry facilities on site are plenty and machines are regularly serviced. The prices are fair and areas are locked behind a key fob only residents have. The mail room facilities are also locked behind a key fob, if people remember 2 years ago the rampant mail theif was an issue. I did call and complain when my mail box was broken into but management assured me they were working on it and they did secure them. If you have pets this apartment complex has multiple areas for you to hang with your pet we'll they do their business or get their pet emails out the way. I came in wanting to give my 60 day notice and spoke with Jesus and he was amazing. He was so helpful and caring. He is an amazing employee and very professional. He was knowledgeable and is the reason I am staying another year!

When Gabriela was the manager, everything worked better. She was polite, helpful, and patient. Now there's a rude, lazy manager who is unwilling to help. When you go to the office to ask for help, besides not even responding to a simple "good morning," she shows displeasure at having to deal with the tenants. Calling the office is a waste of time because they don't answer the phone. When I have a problem in the apartment, they take a long time to respond. They don't even reply to emails. When I moved to Embla Apartments, their rating on Google was 4.8. That was one of the reasons that made me move there. Today the rating has dropped to 4.4. There are cockroaches everywhere, no matter how clean the apartment is. They charge a fee for pest control.
