Best place to live in North Phoenix. The office staff is so friendly. Elisabeth, Chase, Ms. V & Candace are amazing. They are always planning fun events to get the residents together. I've never had a problem with roaches and I've been here almost 2 years. Everything has been going well and my neighbors are quiet.

Attached are pictures that the property management deemed MOVE IN READY!!! Currently looking for current and previous tenants to file a class action lawsuit against RPM LIVING, LLC! Place is totally INFESTED WITH ROACHES🪳Their property management “RPM Living, LLC” are currently involved in many lawsuits for numerous reasons. YOU CANNOT LEGALLY RENT A UNIT KNOWING IT IS INFESTED IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA! I will not stop until this property management company is HELD ACCOUNTABLE!

I've been at 5his complex 5 years.And the improvements that I have seen in the last 6 months have been amazing.They've really cleaned up the property. I do see a few comments regarding the maintenance. And the water shut off. My experience with maintenance it has been decent. Can you get an issue fixed immediately? No, sometimes things happen and they can take a little longer, but they've stayed in communication with me on what's happening. Realistically if anyone has a major plumbing issue You have to shut water off to the property. The office can't control that you know. Is it inconvenient? Of course, but you cannot hold the office responsible for something that's 100% out of that control. Lastly, the office staff is amazing Chase. Elizabeth Maria and last but not least Kandice!

This place is AMAZING! I've been here for more than 4 years and love it! Since new management took over they are really doing a great job with improvements! Leasing staff is so helpful and nice, especially Chase. Maintenance is awesome and always is quick to respond to work orders. I love how the office does resident gathering every holiday. They have a cool haunted house going in the clubhouse.

I had a bad experience living in that complex. It's been two years now; the first year wasn't so bad, but with the current management, security has gotten worse. My cars were vandalized twice, with one of my windows being broken, and a visitor's car also had its windows broken. Crazy things happen, and people can steal from and vandalize cars because there's no security or cameras available to residents in these cases. Additionally, the apartment is completely infested with cockroaches, even though I'm an extremely clean person. I requested pest control services repeatedly, but they never responded to my requests; they ignored them and didn't take control of the situation. I really don't recommend living here, no matter how cheap the rent is.
