Elán The Palms Apartments

Extremely unprofessional staff. The second floor flooded and they gave us less than a week to leave our first floor apartment for “repairs”. They never answer my calls and will not provide an estimate for how long we need to be gone. They also expect us to pay rent despite not allowing us to live at the property. We’ll see how legal action impacts their customer service moving forward.

Loved Elan the Plaza...now upgrading to a very nice 2 bedroom here at the Palms...not to mention all OB Elan properties are in great locations!
