I had a frustrating experience with this place. They were unprofessional and never followed up on my clients application. My client sent over checking statements, pay stubs, W-2s, and tax forms, which seemed excessive for a low quality apartment. There was also a lack of information on their website and in our conversations. It’s a shame, as they missed out on a reliable tenant. If you value your time and ethics, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Way overpriced for what you get. Extremely slow response times for maintenance and issues. THE FIRST to complain about any slight against policy.
