The management is just as disgusting as the complex. Drug addicts and loud fights in the parking lot . police/ fire trucks/ paramedics have been on location 10 times in 7 days. Expensive trashy place to live.

It’s not worth it!! Don’t live here unless you’re okay with mold growing everywhere. Every other bad review is true too, and don’t believe management when they try to blame it on residents, especially since the only common denominator is a mismanaged property that is falling apart. Plus you definitely won’t get your security deposit back.

Any good review here has got to be fake..... I lived here for a whole year and I'm serious when I say worst Property Management Company EVER! I've lived in North County SD all my life and have rented from many other property management company's. Most of the company's aren't bad. Most property management company's take care of the property and their renters. Issues I had when living here: January 3th 2019 fire broke out: No fire alarms went on some people lost there entire homes right after paying rent. Elan aka (Property West) said "not our problem, call your insurance. Sept 2018 mites out break: Half way into my lease at my apartment I started to get violently itchy every night. I call Property West to have someone look at it. They call someone to test my apartment one month

The property managers are the worst and tried to charge me an extra 750 saying I left the apartment trashed, which was a total lie I have no kids or pets and I was gone for 6 months. These people are sketchy please beware, worst place I've ever rented in san Diego county. They also have a huge spider and termite problem that they refuse to deal with can't tell you how many times a spider would make a web on my door frame that I would walk into.

Visited friends who live here, units are unique and nice for the area, they did mention repairs take a long time.
