Living at this complex was an incredibly frustrating experience. The most concerning issue is the cockroach infestation despite repeated calls to management, pest control is minimal at best, and the problem persists throughout the property. Nearly everything in the unit breaks or malfunctions, from plumbing that clogs constantly to appliances that seem to fail weekly. You’ll find yourself calling maintenance more often than not, and unfortunately, timely or lasting fixes are rare. The gym is advertised as an amenity, but in reality, it’s completely unequipped don’t expect more than a couple of worn-out items, if anything. I lived here in a 1 bed 1 bath from Aug 2022 to 2023 and take my advice when I say DO NOT RENT HERE! I ended up here as a last resort and I did not tour the place before hand. I will give you a detailed rundown as why you should AVOID THIS PLACE WITH ALL COSTS. First of all, the apartment faces a main street and there are no double paned windows, so you can legit hear everything that goes on in the streets. The heater in our unit set off the fire alarms, so we couldn’t use it. There is absolutely no bathroom or kitchen ventilation so good luck with that. In addition, there is a built in drain in the shower, so everything clogs super easily and there is no way around it. My experience there my first two years when Ivy was manager was great. She always worked with me with a smile. The apartments are old. It seems like all they do is repaint super thick so the paint on the walls and doors just peel off. Super hot in summer and freezing in winter. They have these big balcony's that you can't put anything out otherwise you get written up. The last part of the year I was there I got extremely ill with blood clots spent a month and half in hospital, lost my income couldn't walk there are no ramps there. Just stairs. Never in my life have I seen such a thing. I was literally stuck in the apartment for 3 months because I couldn't walk up or down the steps. No one seemed to care since they evicted me even though I can barley walk. I forgot to mention the bathrooms.

I just moved in & what can I say, I love living here! I feel safe & the maintenance people are always walking around or outside making the residence look nicer. I did have one complaint about my toilet not flushing correctly & the manager had someone out to look at it next business day ! When they came out to look they were very Respectful & were done in almost 10 minutes or less. I got my new toilet ordered and it should be up & running in 3 business days. Pool & gym were closed due to covid but have just reopened and are now offering a reservation for two hour time slots (which I think is plenty of time) for friends & family to enjoy. I have lived here going on 3 years. The manager here is very reasonable and works hard to make the necessary changes. I have to admit new windows would make a big difference it does get very hot in the apartments in the summer and very cold in the winter. It is usually quiet.
