Living at Elysian at Rainbow has been such a wonderful experience! From day one, Kai, Maurice, and Broc have been incredibly helpful, kind, and professional — making our move-in process smooth and welcoming. They truly care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs perfectly. And James has been amazing! He’s quick to respond, knowledgeable, and always fixes everything with care and a smile — we really appreciate how dependable he is. The property itself feels like a five-star resort. What we love most about Elysian at Rainbow is that every day here genuinely feels like resort living. You can start your morning grabbing a fresh coffee or snack ,even protein chips, right in the clubhouse, which is such a thoughtful touch. The fitness center is another highlight: spotless, modern, and even equipped with red light therapy, which we absolutely love after workouts. The heated pool is hands-down our favorite part of the property. It’s always sparkling clean, and surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs, it’s impossible not to relax there. The spa/hot tub adds a bit of luxury to evenings, and the pickleball court, dog park, and barbecue area make weekends genuinely fun without ever leaving home. We love it here. Our unit is perfect for us. We have already recommended others come here and a couple of them have. The staff has been fantastic. Maurice, Kai, Brock, and James have been more than welcoming, helpful and accommodating to us. The clubhouse is beautiful, the dog park is exceptional. Community pool area is great with the various sitting areas. Indoor and outdoor pool tables along with other forms of entertainment for just about everyone. I’d recommend coming to check out the community and finding out all it has to offer.

Elysian at Rainbow has been incredibly peaceful and quiet, and the staff has been nothing short of amazing. On my move‑in day, my movers quit on me after agreeing to bring everything up to the third floor, leaving all my belongings in the parking lot. Maurice, who was the leasing manager at the time, asked James to help—and he assisted me for an hour. Since then, James has consistently gone above and beyond with every request. I submitted a work order for my heater because I thought I’d lost power, and by the next morning it was his first priority. I start work at 7 AM, and he was at my door at 6:30 AM to make sure the heat was working, especially with that cold week we had. Truly, everyone at Elysian has been wonderful.
