Ely at The Ballpark

My husband and I recently toured this property and had a really great experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The manager, I believe her name is Tessa, had such a warm and positive energy — she made the environment feel inviting and comfortable right away. Jose gave us our tour, and he did a fantastic job. He was professional, knowledgeable, fun, and engaging throughout the entire walkthrough. He took his time answering our questions and made sure we felt informed without ever feeling pressured. We truly appreciated how personable and respectful he was — it didn’t feel like just a sales tour, it felt like a genuine experience.
