Ely at Fort Apache

I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for Mariah. She has made sure my entire stay here was nothing short of perfect. She has gone above and beyond to ensure my happiness has been met on a daily basis (literally). She is so kind, happy and caring. She cares about the entire community here and the well being of each and every one of us. She has taken initiative and steps up time after time to handle all matters and in such a short time. We are truly grateful to have such a wonderful apartment manager here.

BEWARE OF MOVE OUT : we rented for two years and paid a small fee incidentals fee when leaving. Thought that was fine as it was fair, but that all changed. Ely notified us we had 30 days upon move out to pay or bill would go to collections. We paid in a week. Bill was sent to collections after just two weeks even though we had already paid and it wasn't even close to 30 days yet. I called the office and they said they could see my payment, the collections bill was nothing to worry about, and manager Sairy would contact the collections agency to get it removed. Fast forward another month, we're now receiving collections bills with interest accrued. My move-in experience was great. Leading up to the move I had a ton of questions because I was doing everything virtually from abroad. I appreciated Sairy and team being so helpful and accommodating. The application process, lease, and requirements prior to move-in also clear. Their professionalism and friendliness has also been top notch.

My wife and I cannot say enough about the Ely at Fort Apache Team. Our experience started with an exceptional tour by Jonathan - he was friendly and very informative. Once we decided this was where we wanted to live, but knew timing was a challenge, we started communicating with Sairy the property manager. She was nothing short of amazing as she guided us through the process and worked a minor miracle to get us approved in the time frame we were looking for. Friendly, informative and always quick to respond - she is a true all-star! We also wanted to mention how helpful Madelyn was - another friendly, informative and great member of the Ely @ Fort Apache team. Thank you again for making it happen!

I want to acknowledge the maintenance technician (not sure of his name) who came by to fix my toilet yesterday. He arrived very quickly after I placed the request, which I really appreciated. He was professional, thorough in making sure the issue was completely resolved, and treated my home with the utmost respect the entire time.
