Jason from maintenance is an absolute gem! They’re super helpful, quick on their feet, and always friendly. If I have any issues, they’re right there to respond and fix them in a jiffy. They’re the best maintenance team ever!

We really enjoy living in our townhome, and the staff has been amazing. We don’t run into many problems, but whenever something does come up, Nathan is always responsive and quick. Tonight at 8:30pm, he went out of his way to come to our unit for an urgent issue and fixed it in just a couple of minutes. He’s consistently kind, reliable, and goes above and beyond. We are grateful to live in a place that has reliable staff.

Nathan is an outstanding maintenance professional. He is always available, reliable, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clean, safe, and working properly. His attention to detail and willingness to help never go unnoticed. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it makes a huge difference. We’re very lucky to have him!

I let Jason know I was having an issue with my heat and he was at my door 5 minutes later ready to fix it. He even showed me how to access the system to see if it’s working so I can troubleshoot for myself if it becomes an issue again. He was very helpful and efficient.

Process to apply and get a dog thru their pet portal is long and tedious as I’m still getting emails about it many months into our lease. If you want to be in this area it’s not a bad spot but personally I’d recommend a different place. You’re lucky if they shovel the snow on your side walks and it’s barely even snowed this year so I’d hate to see it on a snowy winter. Have had neighbors ask me if my car has been broken into (luckily no) but it seems there are groups of people that come thru the lots and attempt theft at a higher rate on the buildings along the field. Constant noise from our current neighbor wether the lady is yelling all day to who knows what, having their music blasting or the kid playing basketball outside on their patio when there’s a basketball court right across the
