DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There are plenty of great realty and property management companies in worcester ma.I have experience with property management companies in the area and this one is the least professional&helpful.My apt building has recently been bought by someone who is using elm park realty as their property management company and they are horrible.1st we never got contacted by the company once they became in charge with the building.I had to hunt them down by calling I think 9 times over a 2wk period and leaving a voicemail and no response(which was extra annoying when I did finally get a hold of them that I found out they had my contact information from the beginning and nothing)then they were supposed to come to our apt to have the insurance company come and take pictures to

Unprofessional service and not reliable, would not hire again

Wouldn't leave a star if I had a option. This is the worst property management company ever.
