We love living in Elm Park! We love the peace and quiet. The whole of this neighborhood is surrounded by old growth trees plus there's a scenic walking trail on the edge of the north side ... additional serenity, fresh air, and outdoor exercise. The general population is sophisticated, friendly and appears to enjoy and share an interest in these environmental qualities. The geographical location is unparalleled in terms of convenience to shopping and entertainment in both Raleigh and Cary! Better hurry - there aren't that many units remaining. KRoss

They build quality homes, partner with a preferred lender that offers great deals, and they really walked us through the buying process. It's also a nice location within walking distance to trails, and some homes backing up to woods. Unfortunately, the tone from the warranty team changed dramatically the moment we closed. I had to fight so hard to get them to resolve work that had been agreed upon as a condition of closing but had not been completed prior to closing. I elevated the issue to senior reps, and they told me that what I experienced didn't happen. Eventually the issue got resolved, but it took a month of me fighting for it. Make sure you review your pre-closing checklist very carefully so you don't run into problems later.

Really bad experience with this builder, stay away from them , their 1st project - Kings Grant at Apex NC. We have requested Dustin Long and their team to fix the community issues a year back and till date they have not addressed even after multiple email follow-up's. They are just to make money and leave the community in a bad shape with unfinished work. Before purchase , please visit Kings Grant community at Apex and you will understand their work better.
