What a dump roaches everywhere water leaks no maintenance maintenance at all here is just terrible office personnel don't give a damn about their tenants I'm here for about another 8 days cuz I couldn't break my lease I'd be better off sleeping behind a McDonald's dumpster to stay here I don't know why the city honestly doesn't come and condemn this place please people do not waste your money or time staying here I would have gave them to zero stars but there wasn't a place to give them zero Stars

Not your typical water leak the water leak is coming from the floorboards and all they do is come and vacuum the water off your floor. Save your money go somewhere else.

The apartments are terrible. Water is cut off a couple of times a month because of old pipes and the management company not wiling to put the money into the buildings to maintain them. There is NO INSULATION in the roofs or walls. I do mean NONE. So very hot in summertime. There are water leaks that are all over the property and the residents have to pay for the water even though management will not choose to find and fix the issues. The people in the office are fine and try their best but the management company Presidium are the ones who are only trying to extract monies from the property without maintaining it. Presidium bought the property a couple of years ago at a discount because of the condition, promptly raised rents and proceeded with minor aesthetic repairs. Proper and profe
