This has by far been the best apartments we have lived at. My family loves it here , the Staff is always super friendly and welcoming ! They're very helpful when you need anything . Laura is so kind and always asking how we are doing and even when she is busy with someone else she still acknowledges people . Farrah is also very sweet and always has a smile on her face! She always checks on how we are doing when we walk by. Bretta was also very nice ! Very helpful ! Claudio the maintenance guy is the best, he is quick , gets the job done and is very polite and friendly. Truly all their staff is amazing and a huge part of why we love it here so much! Bretta was born to show the lifestyle here I recently viewed an apartment home for my kids and cousin and it showed really well. She definitely sold me on the vibe and luxurious apartment city vibe wo k love play concept. She was very nice and she showed many homes and gave several options to choose from. If I didn’t have a home myself it’s definitely one of the nicest in the Buford area apartment homes. The amenities are posh and gives so many perks. The pet wash station was nice to the co working spaces and the craft room the other areas were also impressive. I literally got inspired by the decorum.

I can show you better than I can tell you. I've lived here since June. The pictures posted here are in the building occupied by residents. It's unfinished and a safety hazard, to say the least. The unfinished gym, pool, etc. are all easily accessible. The entrance fobs never work, so doors don't oen from outside, and one of the entrance doors has been boarded up for approximately 2 months. Mailboxes aren't accessible to residence, so you must pick up mail & packages from the leasing office during business hours. Storage rooms are being used for building materials, and wires are exposed in several areas throughout the buildings. Packages get delivered to random spots if delivered after office hours. Paying for amenities that no one has access to. All of this is frustrating, to say the least

My boyfriend and I recently moved out of Ellison at The Exchange after living there for 15 months. Consequently, we wanted to share an honest overview of our experience. The application and lease process had some challenges, including delays and communication issues with the leasing consultant, Alexis, which resulted moving into our first apartment more stressful than anticipated. However, once we settled in, things gradually improved. The standout feature of living at The Ellison was undoubtedly the location. Being just minutes from the mall, restaurants, shops, and essential services made daily errands and weekend plans extremely convenient. Our main frustration involved the Yale Keypad.
