Ellison Apartments

I have been living here since 10/2015. For the most part my experience here is shall I say not bad at all. The renovation of the Building is great, new appliances, cabinetry, light fixtures, new central air units and hot water tanks. New flooring, A secured building, diverse, large apts. Quiet and clean.

A beautiful historic building located near everything in kc. The apartments are spacious and the building has a very secure entrance making residents feel secure.

Very charming building, everything seemed to be just as stated in their posts... Additionally, Rachelle, the Property Manager, responded promptly to my email inquiries. She could not have been more personable and accommodating. The Ellison is definitely worth looking at...

I did like them. I think they keep it a.little to cold. But won't complain about that. Also the people are not sociable at all. They keep it like you're in a church or library. Way to quiet and it shows on the oeople who live there....

This is a wonderful place the management is excellent, Gwen you are the best!
