We had the best experience with Patty Elliot. She walked us through all the steps of selling a house when it came down to paint color and flooring. In fact, she was the one that knew the local banks', the buyers', the sellers' and she was correct at the end. She said to us, "You will find your perfect buyer." We did!!!

In the course of buying 2 different homes and selling 1 we have been incredibly pleased with our experience at Elliott Realty. We have worked with just about every member of the team through our different real estate transactions and everyone has been extremely kind and helpful. Patty in particular has always gone above and beyond to answer all questions we have and make sure we are fully comfortable with every step in the process. Jeff and Patty were also kind enough to help us make design decisions (which we definitely needed). I would highly recommend them to everyone from first time home buyers to experienced sellers.
