Absolutely terrible service !! No response, guidance, answers, follow through or results from the local Elliott Merrill manager at Oceanique Condos on Hutchinson Island, FL Do Not Use them ! 4/13/2025 Update: No change, if anything service continues to deteriorate. We still have the same property manager, who in my estimation, is not worth his salt. Very long wait time to get things done (if at all)especially with building infrastructure, communication and amenities. If they are assigned an action item or task, they do not follow thru and then try to cover their tracks with lies and BS for excuses It is difficult to get a straight answer (truth) to most things they are supposed to do. Lastly, if you are relying on them to give you recommendations and solid advise on various subject matters

I have lived in two other HOA communities and served on the boards with a company management in place. The property manager that takes care of our property here in Pointe West Central has truly dropped the ball. It is his or her job to follow through on residential complaints as well as keeping the community informed about changes or violations that are being addressed. Yes there are steps and protocols in place but when residents have exceeded those warnings and do not take care of property issues Elliot Merrill still has to be called and reminded about taking care of an issue or complaint. Yes, three strikes and you are out. This company is skating on thin ice.
