She assisted us with a HOA issue, not only by providing great customer service, but she took care of the problem within the same day. All her actions clearly demonstrate how much she cares not only for the tenants but also for the homeowners. As soon as we found out that the HOA law firm tried to make us remove a Shed that has been in place longer than 5 years in a property that we purchased 3 years ago from the previous President of the HOA. She send email correspondence to the HOA firm that clearly demonstrates her understanding of the law and its limitations that we were able to use to argue their request. Sheyla was helpful for the beginning stages of the process by helping us learn more about a rental and setting up a tour for it. Then we worked with Giorgio, who was also very helpful in the process leading up to the move in. He was able to help with all of the hiccups and get us the answers we needed.
