I have been living here for six months and I absolutely love the property. It is nice and clean and the office staff is extremely nice and professional. They helped me every step of the way on any problems I’ve ever had. It gets done in a timely matter. Their maintenance staff is also amazing, especially Mr Ramos, he does a great job fixing any apartment issues and I absolutely love that he cleans up after himself. I highly recommend this property. 10 out of 10

This is regarding my concerns of my daughter’s apartment who recently moved in. On January 14 I spoke with Whitney regarding the persistence of fleas in my dad’s apartment. My daughter moved into the unit Friday of last week and the fleet issues was discovered shortly thereafter. During the conversation, Whitney stated that the fleas came from outside and therefore was not the responsibility of the apartment complex. When I asked for steps that could be taken to remedy situation– such as relocating my daughter to a unit with our carpeting, removing the carpet from the current unit after the apartment was exterminated or any other resource resolution – no assistance, nor recommendation was provided by Whitney. Worse apartment ever. Don’t rent here!!! They charge you extra for their poor maintenance and on top of that they add extra fees on their rent then try to give you an excuse as to why it’s on there. Never made sense. Nobody knows anything it’s always “I think” “I’m not sure” or “I believe” like do better. Let me not leave out the amount of ants and roaches I had to deal with, it’s absolutely ridiculous. Oh and I had to go 2 MONTHS without a washer when I first moved in. Don’t let Whitney fool you into thinking this apartment is top notch because it’s not. Run like your life depends on it.

This place is a great apartment complex. Highly recommend. Friendly neighborhood and amazing staff. Maintenance crew is on point on any issues. Mr. Ramos handles most of my work orders and he is excellent at what he does.

There were so many bad things it's hard to know where to begin and I may miss a few. I should have seen the red flags before I even moved in because it was so difficult to get a hold of them to ask questions. I selected an apartment even though it was next to the pool because it was close to the "dog park". There is no dog park. It's just a grassy area with a potty station. They changed management since I moved in, but it was still awful. Last December we were without power for several days. They brought a big generator for the building, but left for the weekend and didn't make sure it was fueled and it ran out of fuel, leaving us without power for over 24 hours. No one in the building had any idea what was going on because there was no communication from management and no compensation for
