Elle of Buckhead Apartments

I just turned in my keys to Mario at the leasing office after two wonderful years of living here. I can’t say enough positive things about my time at ELLE. The people who work here are great. Carrie, Princess and Mario are all nice and professional. The maintenance staff are outstanding. I especially enjoyed getting to know Refugio, who is such a warm and friendly and kind and responsive man. The property itself is amazing. Everything is well maintained. During the two years I have lived here, everything on the exterior as well as the hallways and parking garage have been pressure washed and repainted. Recently moved into the apartment complex and have had no complaints. No issues with noise, neighborhood is safe, and amenities are all great.

Best apartment I've lived it. Location is perfect. Neighbors and staff are amazing. Grounds and amenities are always well kept. Dog park is amazing. Gym is amazing. Price and design is amazing.

I’ve lived here for almost four years and have generally enjoyed it, that said in recent weeks the fire alarm goes off at all hours of the night for extended periods of time with little to no communication from the leasing office as to why and no urgency to resolve it. As a resident, I’m extremely dissatisfied and hope that the team works to resolve this situation or else we’ll search for other living arrangements.

I have been living in this community for a few months and I am really pleased. The units are modernized and clean. I absolutely love the staff. Mario & Princess are my family now. They have taken care of all of our needs and they are compassionate. We have experienced typical community issues but they have all been nurtured for. The maintenance staff is also friendly and prompt. The community provides safe spaces to swim, play with kids, walk your dog, & socialize. I have stayed in three apartments in this area. I don’t believe that you will find any apartment on this road that is this affordable with the same uniqueness. If I had one compliant, then I would have to complain about the performance of the Amazon drivers to this location. Receiving mail from Amazon is absolutely the worse! In
