The manager is so rude to certain people on the property. She tells lies about people not paying rent and I know my mom and me paid ours on time every month until she evicted us. Think we be wanting to stab people which is not true. We stayed in the apartment until we had a doctor's appointment or going to the grocery store. Michelle needs to work on her people skills. Ella Mae Gardens Apartments is nice place to stay but have poor management people.

This is a beautiful place. Newly built and a peaceful environment. The staff make you feel like your family. They tried to work with everyone that walks in the door. I know that God is blessing them and everything that they do. God bless you my sisters.

Didn't go in an apartment but the grounds were kept very clean. The parking lot didn't have any trash floating around like tumbleweeds. No loud music. Or people just hanging out. Quiet place to live.

I'm trying to understand why for the life of me that I filled out for an apartment never got shown in apartment got approved the front office staff member took all of my information said I got approved for a unit supposed to call me back with the move-in date never respond called numerous the times left messages and reference to my move-in date in my approval no one responded I feel like I have gotten identity theft by this company this is unprofessional and need to be addressed immediately with management, beware of scammers impersonate apartment for rent only to get your information if you approve and still not shown an apartment don't know what's going on but this is clearly identity theft 7/28/2025
